"Cookies &" is a brand of cookie treats from Mars, Incorporated. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Cookies & was sold as "Bisc &". It consists of cookies coated in chocolate with added toppings (i.e. M&M's, Snickers, Milky Way, and Twix.)
